Ladies and Gentlemen,

As we know if education is the process of transferring knowledge, where there is a knowledge which is developed by education. By gaining knowledge, people capable to enlarge their view over the world. Apparently, people become more useful and civilized if better educated. In region where residents are not able to receive an appropriate education, life cannot be thriving and prosperous as region where there is a high standard for education (4 oct 2015). Education (tarbiya) based on Al-Ghazali[ Abū Ḥāmid Muḥammad ibn Muḥammad al-Ghazālī (Arabic: ابو حامد محمد ابن محمد الغزالي‎; c. 1058–1111), known as Al-Ghazali or Algazel to the Western medieval world, was a Muslim theologian, jurist, philosopher, and mystic of Persian descent. He has been referred to by some historians as the single most influential Muslim after the Islamic prophet Muhammad. Within Islam he is considered to be a Mujaddid or renewer of the faith, who, according to tradition, appears once every century to restore the faith of the community. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Al-Ghazali, accessed by March 25th, 2015)] (1058–1111) in Ayuuhal Walad is like “the labor of the farm, who uproots the weeds, trims wheat grows better and gives a better harvest[Imam Al-Ghazali’s Views on Children’s Education, Foundation for Science Technology and Civilization, (December 9th, 2001), pg. 1]”. It means, every man needs an educator to guide him in the right direction. Al-Ghazali also more emphasize to the effect of education. By the right education, people are supposed to be a good person with good deeds to their God, society and himself as well.

While, may peace be upon the Prophet Muhammad also said: “Thalabul ‘ilmi faridhotun ‘alaa qulli muslimin wa muslimatin”, it means “Gaining knowledge is a must for every Moslem, men and women”. Therefore, it should there is no hesitation for us to gain the knowledge more and more until the end of our life. And it has proven by almost people in the world have experienced the education in their life. Like me for example, I don’t capable to stand here and speak to you in English without any education. So, that’s it, beneficial of education can we felt deeply its effect to ourselves and the importance of education is completely undeniable for every single person. (4 oct 2015)

Brothers and sisters,

Education is the one facility of people to get the knowledge which appropriates for their stages. Through formal education, Indonesian people pass the education based on their ages, began from playgroup, elementary school, high school and university. The government even obligates ninth education for the next generation of nation considering how the importance of education is.
However, education has functions to acquaint, deliver and cultivate the culture as well. The transmission of forebear values to the young generation. School as the one of institute of education endures the big role, such as: to defend the stability of our nationality, to educate the young generation in order to their life and self-adaptation could progress rapidly[ Prof. Dr. S. Nasution, MA, Sosiologi Pendidikan, (Cet VII, Jakarta: Bumi Aksara, 2014), pg. 21-22.].

So many benefits and wisdoms could be felt by the existence of education. It is a life-long process to each person that needs to be reinforced throughout life. However, the curriculum of education should be getting alteration and renewal to shape the society develops suitable to the coming ages[ Ibid., pg. 22.].

Hope we are the one of person who gets the best education, and get the benefit from what we have learnt to the whole life. Perhaps enough from my speech can I say, I apologize for all my mistakes. Thanks for nice attention.
